Description
The Fluke TiS40 Infrared Camera brings professional-grade thermal diagnostics to an accessible price point, making it the smart choice for electrical contractors, facility managers, and predictive maintenance teams. Its 160×120 detector (19,200 pixels) and ≤0.09°C thermal sensitivity expose overheating connections, failing bearings, and energy losses before they become expensive failures.
See Problems Faster with IR-Fusion® AutoBlend™
What truly separates the Fluke TiS40 Infrared Camera from competitors is Fluke’s exclusive IR-Fusion® technology. With five AutoBlend™ presets, technicians merge the 5-megapixel visible-light image with the thermal overlay, instantly documenting exactly which breaker, phase, or component is running hot. Picture-in-Picture mode adds another layer of visual context for cleaner, faster reporting.
Point, Shoot, and Share from Anywhere
With fixed focus and a minimum focus distance of just 0.45 m, one-handed point-and-shoot operation could not be simpler. The large 3.5-inch (320×240) LCD keeps every detail visible, while the 257:1 distance-to-spot ratio lets you safely scan energized equipment from farther away. Because the camera is Fluke Connect® enabled, images upload instantly over WiFi to Fluke Cloud™, and reports can be emailed from the jobsite via SmartView® software.
Built Rugged, Priced Smart
Drop-tested to 2 meters and sealed to IP54, this imager survives the toughest plant environments. The lithium-ion smart battery with a five-segment LED gauge delivers 4+ hours of continuous scanning, and 4 GB internal memory (expandable with an optional micro SD card) stores thousands of fully radiometric .is2 files.
